When we usally raids its always from 18.45 to 23.00. We have max 4 raids each week. Can you attend to 3 of them (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)? i can only i can't some day's because my girl but most times am online

i have done totc 10,25 only last boss left and done uld 10 3bosses left and uld 25 only first boss and the low raid i have done it... and there always movies for checking the tact's
Raid Experience: What is your favorite boss in Ulduar, and why is that thorim is funny whit the snow but the bosses like the same in uld xD

Sure his gear is good, but looking at his achivments we can clearly see that there are LOTS of content he hasn't seen... Like the last bosses in Ulduar, and only FL in 25 man mode... ToC only 10 man.. Not even Malygos... Anywho.. Do we need ONE MORE?
I know this is a bit against the thing "we're looking for", as in "people that did TOTC 25M + Ulduar 25M", but I just wanted to say some good words for him.
First of all - it's a nice guy, doesn't mind whiping and he is social. He is willing to help another person out.
His gear is pretty good and seeing he has some made epics in it is telling us aswell that he is putting alot of effort in it.
His prot build is not just unusual, it will actually cause him to take more damage than other tanks! Any points in Reckoning = BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD. Its like rolling parry haste. You get parry haste and hit more so the boss has more chance of parrying, etc. You should NEVER see a prot pala with Reckoning outside of levelling. Ever. This has been true since TBC.
And thats not the only thing. Hes not gone for enough points in the ret tree to get the high threat gen. But neither has he taken Seals of the Pure for threat gen. Which equals poor threat gen. Prot should take 1 point in Improved Judgements for the rotation. Not there.
He has no minor Glyphs. His major Glyphs are wrong (Glyph of Consecration extends its CD as well as its duration, screwing up the prot rotation which makes me think, in combination with the talent choices, he doesn't know the rotation). Glyph of Shield of Righteousness is also a waste of a slot - you can't be that short on mana. He could have 2 threat gen Glyphs instead - Seal of Vengeance for expertise and Hammer of the Righteous for AoE threat gen. I'm also therefore assuming hes never had any real dps to challenge his threat, since hes missing multiple threat gen opportunities from both talents and Glyphs.
Hes not bothered to level his Blacksmithing and so gets no benefit from it.
His raid experience is actually good, as is his gear (though why he is enchanting for Defense when he has 572 defense I don't know). If he went and did some class research and fixed these problems he'd be a good applicant. Though I still don't know why we'd need another prot pala.
