The feral gear is definitely a 'no'. Quality simply isn't good enough for our current raiding progress. Balance gear - we'll have to wait for that.
Besides that I think the application is a bit slacky - he didn't put alot of effort in it.. His alt character got hacked? So seems his account ain't that safe.
