When we usally raids its always from 18.45 to 23.00. We have max 4 raids each week. Can you attend to 3 of them (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)? thursday i might be little late but other days fits me perfectly

i got very good computer im able playing on highest resolution with 22 inch screen nvidia geforce 9800 gt graphic card and intel quad 4 cores which i dont remember the number but its high internet speed is 5 mbps but israel recived the ngn method latly so i gonna raise it to 30-50 mbps soon

Raid Experience: What raid bosses have you done in WOTLK. And do you know tactics for all bosses that are now. Watching movies, read tacs, etc.
i cleared naxx10/25 os10/25+3d on both malygos10/25 ulduar25 and did sevral ulduar10 hards but never killed yogg cuz havnt tried totc10/25 both cleared totgc25 havnt managed to kill worms and never tried the 10man version cuz always same people went there on solis
Raid Experience: What is your favorite boss in Ulduar, and why is that yoggiebear cuz finally a boss that recuires a bit affort and skills and the portal illusions are really kool(i like saying cool with k bad habbit dont ask me why)

What do you think of this rule? i belive in second chance (not that i need it) but this is the guild policy and i dont see any reason for me to fail trial as a active social and realiable player

Decent gear (he slacks an enchant on his back though), I know nothing about retri paladins so no idea if he is capped on hit/exp and so on. Morrighan probably knows that.
Besides that I'm not getting the "WOAH"-feeling as in this is a guild we really need, if we're in desperate need of a retri paladin; yes. Otherwise; no.
Might be worth checking out his tankgear maybe? No idea what that's about.
Here we go again with Morrighan and the ret palas. I'm not trying to be rude here, just honest. Everything I say should be easily found on the Elitist Jerks ret thread or the Eye for an Eye ret pala FAQ. I am also focusing on whats good for PvE here, though my knowledge suggests this is a poor PvP setup too.
His gear is not great (mostly Naxx level), but its perfectly logical (i.e. the best he could get hold of). Hes slacking on some non-epic gems and enchants. Hes using the wrong meta gem. The gloves and belt could be replaced with Emblem of Conquest items that are better.
Hes NOT hit capped. Not even Drenai in the party hit capped. There is never ever any reason ever in a million years a ret pala should not be hit capped. It is the single most important stat we have. And it could be fixed with one gem or enchant. Neither is he expertise capped.
His glyphs. Hmmm. Well I'll just assume they are PvP oriented. And that the empty minors are for the same reason (there should be at least one minor in there to increase damage). IMO only the Glyph of Judgement should be there. Glyph of Exorcism is an option, but not when you aren't expertise capped in which case you should be using Glyph of Seal of Vengeance instead.
Then theres the build. Its not good. Its one of those builds that looks like it might be PvE until you spot the PvP talents. But its not a PvP ret build either as it misses key talents for that and takes others that are PvE only.
- 2 pts in Unyielding Faith - wasted (not even seen in most PvP ret builds tbh) - 3 points in Stoicism - PvP only (you could use them better to get to DSac) - 5 points in Deflection - why? (not even used in PvP builds and the alternative Benediction is great for mana) - 2 points in Divine Purpose - PvP only - 0 points in Swift Retribution. Do you want 3% haste from your ret palas? I do.
His raid experience is actually very good. Its just his class knowledge that seems lacking. Hopefully all this will help.
Knowledge is everything. Same is it with sharing the knowledge.
He may still be a good player. Good example is Nitrina. ;) She just do her job without knowing to much about the numbers
But she has you for "telling" her what she needs and what she doesn't so the char is basically based on some obligated stats aswell.
Sharing the knowledge.. Well, I think if you google up "retribution paladin" or for some specific examples I think you can find enough.. I guess that's just about how much you actually care for it (or not).
